Our work is organised into three areas: Research & Development, Strategic Advisory, and Knowledge Sharing.
We transform ideas into practical solutions by taking innovations from concept to real-world testing. From there, we scale up processes and share proven methods to ensure lasting impact.
Ecosystem.build is a collaborative platform that brings together resources, methodologies, and expertise to strengthen decision-making and grow entrepreneurial ecosystems across Africa. It enables ecosystem builders, innovators, and institutions to connect, co-create solutions, and access practical tools that support sustainable development and coordinated action across the continent.
Decision Thinking is a digital platform designed to guide users in influencing policy and fostering effective participatory processes. It provides access to global participatory practices, practical frameworks, and learning resources that empower individuals and institutions to engage meaningfully in governance and contribute to rethinking decision-making systems worldwide.
The Citizen Engagement Platform is a participatory platform where the voices of African citizens help shape the continent’s future. Developed in collaboration with AUDA-NEPAD and GIZ, it enables citizens to learn, share ideas, and contribute perspectives to African Union processes, fostering inclusive dialogue and collective action for transformative change across Africa.
At i4Policy, we have consistently reimagined governance, driving innovation with a commitment to values and transformative change. The co>gov lab is the next bold chapter in this journey, allowing us to amplify our innovation capacity and impact. It provides a structured, systematic approach for vital research, prototyping, testing, monitoring, sharing insights, and disseminating findings. This means that it is a methodology that supports us to be rigorous in, and learn from, all three areas of our work.
The co>gov lab is i4Policy’s dedicated space for researching, experimenting, innovating, and implementing methods and frameworks in our own unique way, aiming to empower decision-makers, communities, and individuals with the tools needed to drive lasting, meaningful governance change.
